I have a Vitamix - to make this you will require a good blender
2 Cups of almond milk
1 teaspoon fresh turmeric - working up to 2 tbsp.
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
1 large carrot
handful of hemp seed
1 tbsp. coconut oil
